By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use FitSheet.

You must be 16 or older and physically able to safely follow a fitness program.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in credentials private. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

All new users get a 7-day free trial. After the trial, features lock unless you upgrade to Premium for ₹199/year (UPI). Premium is non-refundable once activated. You may cancel anytime — your access remains until the period ends and does not auto-renew.

FitSheet provides general fitness and nutrition guidance only. It is not a substitute for medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or diet program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication. You exercise at your own risk.

• Do not abuse, harass, or impersonate others through the coach chat.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, or non-consensual content as progress photos.

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service. We may delete content that violates these terms.

You can delete your account anytime from Profile → “Delete my account”. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitSheet is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from use of the app.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Bengaluru.
