• Account: email, name, profile photo (via Google sign-in or email signup)
• Profile: age, sex, height, weight, fitness goal, diet preferences
• Health context (optional): allergies, injuries, medical conditions, medications
• Activity logs: workouts completed, meals eaten, water intake, steps, weight history
• Progress photos (optional, encrypted in storage, never shared)
• Coach chat messages with our AI assistant

• Generate your personalised workout & meal plan
• Track progress and surface insights inside the app
• Send reminders you opted in to (workouts, hydration, meals)
• Process premium membership payments (UPI)

We never sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your health information for ad targeting.

Data is stored on Supabase (EU/US regions) with row-level security so only you and our authorised coach can access it. Photos are stored in private buckets and accessed via short-lived signed URLs.

• YouTube (embedded exercise videos)
• Open Food Facts (public nutrition database for barcode scans)

You can view, edit or export your data from Profile at any time. You can permanently delete your account from Profile → “Delete my account”. Deletion removes your profile, all logs, photos, premium order history, and your auth record. This is irreversible.

FitSheet is not intended for users under 16. Do not create an account if you are younger.

FitSheet is a fitness coaching tool, not a medical device. Plans are not medical advice. Consult a doctor before starting any new program, especially if you have a health condition.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
